Press the MENU button and use
the up/down arrow buttons to
select a ‘SCROLL’ display.
•
Use the left/right arrow buttons to
select ‘SCROLL ON’ or ‘SCROLL
OFF’. ‘SCROLL ON’ is the default
setting and remains selected,
unless it is switched off.
•
Press the MENU button to confirm
your selection.
•
Press and hold the CD INFO
button, to scroll the display
independently of the scroll setting
selected.
CD text display options
When an audio disc with CD text is
playing, limited information encoded
in each track can be displayed. Such
information will normally include:
•
The disc name
•
The artist name
•
The track name
These display options are selected
in the same way as MP3 displays.
‘NO DISC NAME’ or ‘NO TRACK
NAME’ appears if no information has
been encoded.

Sony CD/6CD
To restore radio reception on all units:
•
Press the AM/FM or RADIO
button.
Note:
This will not eject the CD; the
disc will merely pause at the point
where radio reception was restored.
CD playback can be resumed by
pressing the CD button.
Except Sony CD/6CD
•
Press the waveband button to
restore radio reception.
•
Push the tape control buttons in
to restore tape playback.
Note:
Neither of these actions will
eject the CD; the disc will merely
pause at the point where radio or
tape reception was restored.
To resume CD playback, press the
CD button again.
