Pedelec samt Display bei Zimmertemperatur (19–21 °C) trocknen. Ist das Display weiterhin beschlagen,
suchen Sie Ihren Fachhändler auf. Ggf. muss das Display ersetzt werden.
Motorunterstützung zu schwacha) Climb Assist ist zu niedrig
eingestellt.
a) Ändern Sie die den Wert 6.6.2.10 Climb Assist S. DE-54.
b) Leerer Akku.b) Neuen/geladenen Akku einsetzen 8.3.1 Akku laden S. DE-76.
c) Unpassendes Fahrprofil.c) Wenden Sie sich an Ihren Fachhändler. Er kann ein anderes Fahrprofil auf Ihrem Pedelec einstellen.
Motor tritt durcha) Schaltung ist nicht sauber
eingestellt.
a) Schaltung kontrollieren. Wenden Sie sich dafür ggf. an Ihren Fachhändler.
b) Kette/Riemen abgesprungen.b) Kette/Riemen auf Ritzel heben und Spannung neu einstellen. Wenden Sie sich dafür ggf. an Ihren
Fachhändler 3.8.1 Kettenspannung messen und einstellen S. DE-21
3.9.1 Riemenspannung messen und einstellen S. DE-23.
Die Unterstützung setzt sporadisch ausa) Speichenmagnet verrutscht.a) Kontrollieren Sie, ob der Speichenmagnet verrutscht
ist. Er sollte in möglichst geringem Abstand zum
Geschwindigkeitssensor an der Kettenstrebe sitzen
(max. 10 mm). Richten Sie den Magnet an der
Markierung auf dem Geschwindigkeitssensor aus.
