In dit programma kan de gebruiker kiezen uit: 55%, 65%, 75% en een aangepaste waarde om op hartslag te trainen.
Bijvoorbeeld, de gebruiker kiest voor 55%, dan zal het systeem zelf de hartslag uitrekenen:
(220-leeftijd)*55%=103.4 PBM. Na het selecteren van het programma, klikt u 2 keer op het icoontje om in het programma
te komen. Stel de tijd in en druk op om te beginnen met de training. De gebruiker kan bij het instellen van de HR
gaan tot max 230BPM.
Als de tijd is terug gegaan naar 0, dan zal de console stoppen en de loopband zal dan gaan stoppen, en daarna verschijnt
de work-out pagina.
Warm up Herinnering Herinnering
Als de training begint is er 2 minuten durende Warm Up. Indien er geen handsensor meting is, zal het
systeem een waarschuwing geven, om u er aan te herinneren dat uw de handsensoren dient vast te houden.
De console zal stoppen als er voor 30 seconden geen meting heeft plaats gevonden

De gebruiker kan zijn persoonlijke gegevens ingegeven in【Setting】 en Metric of Imperial te selecteren. Na het instellen
van de gegevens, kunnen deze worden opgeslagen voor verdere trainingen.
