25. Garanzia legale
generale
1. Garanzia legale del rivenditore specializzato
Al cliente nale spettano i consueti diritti di ga

ranzia legale nei confronti del rivenditore specia-
lizzato FLYER (generalmente due anni a partire
dalla consegna, in base a quanto concordato e al
diritto applicabile).
Per la batteria, se caricata e curata in conformità
al manuale di istruzioni, dopo due anni viene ga
-
rantita una capacità residua del 60% rispetto alla
capacità nominale originaria.
Non è oggetto della garanzia la normale usura
funzionale (es. pneumatici, tubi, catene, pignone,
pattini, vernice, scritte). Il cliente nale è respon
-
sabile per le operazioni di manutenzione e cura
regolare dell’e-bike FLYER (incl. tutte le ispezioni
da operare in conformità al manuale di istruzioni).
Anche la modica o la riparazione autonoma o
impropria dell’e-bike FLYER comporterà la deca
-
denza dei diritti di garanzia legale. corse e com-
petizioni, uso aziendale, sovraccarico e altri usi al
di fuori della destinazione d’uso prevista.
