14. Catena e pignone
Manutenzione delle catene
Le catene sono parti usurabili. Il grado di usu
-
ra è soggetto a forti oscillazioni. Far controllare
periodicamente la catena dal proprio rivenditore
FLYER specializzato.
• Cambio nel mozzo: a partire da circa 3000 km
• Deragliatore: circa 1500-2000 km
Una catena usurata può lesionarsi e
causare gravi cadute. Pertanto, far sosti
-
tuire immediatamente le catene usurate
dal proprio rivenditore specializzato
FLYER.
Pulire e lubricare regolarmente la catena. Que
-
ste misure riducono l’usura prematura.
Per un funzionamento sicuro della cate-
na e del cambio, la catena deve avere
una certa tensione. I deragliatori tendo
-
no la catena in automatico. Nei cambi
nel mozzo, la catena troppo allentata,
deve essere tesa. Altrimenti può stac
-
carsi e provocare una caduta.
Dopo ogni operazione di tendicatena,
ssare correttamente i dadi dell’asse e,
nel caso di freni a contropedale, il pun
-
tello del freno!

La catena deve essere tesa solo se l’im-
pianto elettrico è stato spento in prece-
denza e la batteria rimossa! Se la catena
della sua FLYER e-bike dovesse cadere
dalla corona o dal pignone, il sistema
elettrico deve essere assolutamente
spento e la batteria rimossa prima di
reinserire la catena sugli ingranaggi.
Tendere tesa la catena nella Tandem
Se si possiede una FLYER Tandem, as-
sicurarsi che la catena tra i due movi-
menti centrale presenti la tensione esat-
ta. Far tendere la catena della FLYER
Tandem solo dal proprio rivenditore spe
-
cializzato FLYER.
Spegnere il sistema e rimuovere la batteria.
Ruotare le pedivelle nella posizione in cui la ten
-
sione della catena è maggiore o l’inclinazione è
minore.
In questa posizione delle pedivelle, la catena al
centro del pezzo di catena libera va mossa di cir
-
ca 2-3 cm senza grande sforzo.
