18.2.2 Oriëntatie van het stuur
wijzigen
Met Speedlifter- en All-Up-systemen kunt
u ook de oriëntatie van het stuur wijzigen.
Door het stuur 90° te draaien, kunt u uw
e-bike op een ruimtebesparende manier
opbergen of vervoeren.
1. Beide systemen: Open voor aanpassing
van de oriëntatie van het stuur eerst de
bijbehorende snelspanhendel.
2. Alleen bij een Speedlifter-systeem:
Duw de vergrendelingspen naar boven.
Alleen bij een All-Up-systeem: Trek het
stuur tot aan de aanslag naar boven.
3. Beide systemen: Draai het stuur 90°.
Bij het Speedlifter-systeem klikt de
vergrendelingspen vast.
4. Alleen bij een All-Up-systeem: Laat het
stuur weer zakken.
5. Beide systemen: Sluit de snelspanhen-
del weer.
De snelspanhendel moet strak of
maximaal tegen de balhoofdbuis staan,
zodat de klem stevig vastzit.
Informatie over de juiste en veilige
gebruik van snelspanhendels vindt u in
hoofdstuk 21 “Snelspanner”.
6. Beide systemen: Om het stuur weer in
de oorspronkelijke oriëntatie te zetten,
gaat u eveneens te werk zoals beschre-
ven in de stappen 1–5.
Zorg ervoor dat de vergrendelingspen
goed vastklikt.
WAARSCHUWING!
Gevaar voor ongevallen en letsel
Een niet veilig gemonteerd stuur kan
leiden tot ernstige valpartijen en ver-
wondingen.
• Controleer vóór het wegrijden altijd
of de snelspanhendel goed gesloten
is en de vergrendelingspen goed
vastzit, zodat het stuur stabiel en
stevig vastzit.
