Chargingthebatterywhenremoved

RemovingtheFIBbattery

1. Before removing the battery, make sure that

you have set the desired charging mode in the

settings menu (see Chapter 5.6.7 or 5.9.7) or

change this as necessary. You cannot change

the charging mode when charging a battery

that has been removed from the e-bike.

2. Switcho󰀨theelectricalsystemrst.Todothis,

presstheon/o󰀨buttononthedisplay.

3. Unlock the battery with the battery key and re-

moveitfromtheholder.Holdthebatteryrmly,

as it is heavy.

Please read the instructions and regulations on

the charger in the following Chapter 5.9.3.

If an error occurs, the error codes are listed in

Chapter 5.9.2

First, place the battery into the lower holder of the

e-bike and move its upper part towards the vehic-

le until the lock audibly latches into the upper hol-

der. Ensure that the battery is correctly positioned

in the holder.

press the power button on the remote control.

3. Unlock the battery lock using the key provided.

First remove the FIB battery from the down tube.

Only then can the range extender be removed.

To do this, press the unlocking lever on the bat-

tery on the right-hand side of the bike. You can

then push the range extender up slightly using

your other hand and remove it from the side.
