Use
Two user programs can be saved; USER 1 and USER 2. Each programs is built from 20 segments. For every segment the resistance level and the total
training time can be set.
1. Press the USER 1 or USER 2 button on the computer. Press ENTER to set training values.
2. You are now able to name your program. If you already have chosen a program name press STOP • RESET to directly go to the next step. When setting a
new name the computer will start by the first letter. Press the +/- buttons to select the first letter. Press ENTER to confirm and go to the next letter. When
all letters of the name are set press STOP • RESET.
3. Enter your AGE by pressing the +/- buttons, confirm with ENTER.
4. Enter your WEIGHT by pressing the +/- buttons, confirm with ENTER.
5. Set the training duration (TIME) by pressing the +/- buttons, confirm with ENTER.
6. The program will appear on the screen and the first segment will start flashing. Use the +/- buttons to set the preferred resistance level. Press ENTER to
go to the next segment.
7. Repeat step 6 until all 20 segments are entered. After that the computer will ask you to save the program, press ENTER to safe the program. Now the
computer will show the message “New Program Saved”.
8. Press START to start the training session.
During a training session you can scroll trough the data in the display by pressing the ENTER button. The resistance can be adjusted by pressing the + and -
buttons. Press STOP • RESET to pause or quit the training session.
When the training is finished (the set training time has elapsed) the computer will show a summary or your training results. After showing results the
computer will automatically return to the main menu.
