4. Gebruik
MANUAL training
Naast de eerder beschreven wijze, kunt u ook in het MANUAL programma komen
door de START knop in te drukken als u in het hoofdmenu bent. Het MANUAL
programma is een programma met een constante weerstand en waarbij de waarden
TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, PULSE van te voren kunnen worden ingesteld. Tijdens
de training kan de weerstand handmatig worden aangepast.
1. Druk op de MODE knop om de volgende waarden te selecteren:
TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, PULSE.
2. Indien de gewenste waarde knippert, kunt u met de UP of DOWN knop de juiste
waarden in stellen. Als alle waarden zijn langsgegaan start
het programma automatisch.
3. Indien u niet alle waarden wilt instellen of langsgaan, drukt dan op START/
STOP en de MANUAL training zal beginnen. Als de training is gestart, lopen alle
waarden die u hebt ingesteld af. De training is voorbij als een van deze waarden
de nul bereikt.
4. Tijdens de training kan er met de UP of DOWN knop het trainingsniveau worden
verzwaard of verlicht.
5. Druk op de START/STOP knop om de training te onderbreken.
6. Druk op de RESET knop om naar het hoofd menu terug te gaan.
