4. Use
Select workout
After setting the profile you will enter the workout menu. This menu has the following
choices:
manual Manual training
program Pre programmed training
(12 icons display the profile of the training)
HRC (Heart Rate Control) Heart rate controlled training
User User program
Watt constant Constant watt training
Use the selection knob to make you chose and confirm with ENTER
Preset programs
You can choose from 12 different profiles. When you have select a profile, the path of re-
sistance is visible on the screen of the display. Choose a profile by pressing the ENTER/
MODE knob.
Now you can set the duration (99 minutes max.) and set the resistance level.
Press START/STOP to start your training
Manual
QUICKSTART: By pressing the START/STOP button, the training will be started directly
with all program values at 0.
Its also possible to preset the following values: TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, PULSE
(heart rate), LEVEL (resistance). Select with the selection knob and confirm every value
with ENTER.
Start the training by pressing the START/STOP button.
During your training you can change the resistance with the selection knob.
After you have started the training preselect values will count down. The training will
end when one of this values reach 0.
