Functies en kenmerken
Door rustgevend en hoogfrequente vibratie en schommelingen, gecombineerd met
verschillende lichaamshoudingen kan deze machine het spierweefsel diep
stimuleren. Verder zorgt deze trilplaat voor minder vetophopingen, herstel van de
elasticiteit van spieren en helpt bij het bouwen aan een mooie lichaamsvorm.
Afstandsbediening
De afstandsbediening heeft twee 1.5v AAA-batterijen nodig (niet inbegrepen). Zorg
ervoor dat de batterijen correct zijn geplaatst volgens de plus en min in het
batterijvak die zich aan de achterkant van de afstandsbediening bevindt.
Het effectieve ontvangstbereik van het afstandsbedienings signaal is 2,5 meter.
Houd bij gebruik de afstandsbediening in de richting van de trilplaat.
De afstandsbediening heeft meerdere functies:

Zet het toestel aan of in standby

Verhoog de snelheid met 100

Stop training
Klok links
verlaag tijd met 1 minuut
Klok rechts
Verhoog tijd met 1 minuut

Verhoog snelheid met 1

Verlaag snelheid met 1
Afspeelknop
Start het gekozen programma
Wandelen
Sneltoets om naar snelheid 333 te gaan
