Herstarten van uw Fitbit Charge HR

Als u een van de volgende problemen ondervindt met uw Charge HR, kan het verholpen

worden door de tracker te herstarten. NB, het herstarten van de tracker zal niet leiden tot het

verwijderen van gegevens.

 Hij kan niet synchroniseren.

 Hij reageert niet op bewegingen.

 Hij reageert niet wanneer u hem oplaadt.

 Hij is opgeladen maar geeft geen licht of licht niet op.

 Hij de stappen niet telt.

 Hij reageert niet op het drukken op de knop 

Het opnieuw opstarten van uw Charge HR:

1. Doe uw oplaadkabel in de computer en bevestig de Charge HR aan de kabel.

2. Als uw tracker begint met opladen, houd de knop vervolgens meer dan 10 seconden

ingedrukt tot het Fitbit logo gevolgd door een versie nummer verschijnt (bijvoorbeeld

“V88”).

3. Laat de knop los.

Uw Charge HR is nu opnieuw opgestart en zou weer normaal moeten werken.

Als u nog problemen ondervindt na een herstart, neem dan contact op met Fitbit Customer

Support.
