Zurücksetzen des Charge HR

Tritt eines der folgenden Probleme auf, lässt es sich möglicherweise durch

Zurücksetzen des Trackers beheben. Die gespeicherten Daten werden dabei nicht

gelöscht.

• Die Synchronisierung funktioniert nicht.

• Die Surge reagiert nicht auf Bewegung.

• Die Surge reagiert selbst im Ladegerät nicht.

• Der Akku ist geladen, aber das Display leuchtet nicht.

• Die Surge trackt keine Schritte.

• Der Tracker reagiert nicht auf Tastenbetätigung.

So setzt du den Charge HR zurück:

1. Schließe das Ladekabel an den Computer und den Charge HR an.

2. Wenn der Ladevorgang beginnt, halte die Taste des Trackers zehn Sekunden

oder länger gedrückt, bis das Fitbit-Logo gefolgt von der Versionsnummer

(z. B. V88) angezeigt wird.

3. Lass die Taste los.

Der Tracker sollte jetzt wieder einwandfrei funktionieren.
