Zonder toestemming mogen bedrijven, firma’s of gebruikers de frequentie, het vermogen
of de kenmerken en functies van het oorspronkelijke ontwerp van de gecertificeerde
elektrische machines met een lagere werkfrequentie niet wijzigen.
Artikel 14
De toepassing van elektrische machines met een lage werkfrequentie mag geen invloed
hebben op de veiligheid van de navigatie, noch een juridische communicatie verstoren.
Indien een interferentie wordt geconstateerd, wordt de dienst opgeschort totdat er
verbeteringen zijn aangebracht en de interferentie niet langer bestaat. Bovenstaande
juridische communicatie heeft betrekking op de draadloze telecommunicatie die
geëxploiteerd wordt volgens de telecommunicatiewetten en -voorschriften. De elektrische
machines met een lage werkfrequentie moeten bestand zijn tegen de interferentie van
elektrische golfstralingstoestellen en -apparatuur voor juridische communicatie of industriële
en wetenschappelijke toepassingen.
