"EINCURLLÊNGE
a) Bevor Sie die Beincurllänge einstellen, müssen Sie die
korrekte Sitzhöhe einstellen.
b) Ziehen Sie das Rundpolster von der Achse. Ziehen Sie
die Achse aus der Beincurlstrebe heraus. Fixieren Sie die
Achse in einer für Sie optimalen Höhe. Je weiter unten sich
die Achse mit den Rundpolstern befindet, desto höher ist
der Widerstand aufgrund des längeren Hebelarmes.
c) Ist die optimale Höhe eingestellt, schieben Sie das
Rundpolster wieder auf die Achse auf.

a) Before you adj. the leg curler, please make sure, that the
height of the seatcushion is correct.
b) Pull out the foam and the tube. Placing the foam further
downwards causes an increasing in the resistance
c) When the correct height is set, push in the foam on the
tubing.

muskuläre Vorspannung. Lassen Sie den Pin in der gewünschten
Position wieder los.
Beinbeugerfunktion:
Ziehen Sie den Pin heraus und hühren das Beinmodul nach
oben. Je weiter Sie es nach oben führen, desto größer
wird die muskuläre Vorspannung. Lassen Sie den Pin in der
gewünschten Position wieder los. Bei der Gewichteauswahl
müssen Sie darauf achten, dass das Beinmodul bereits ein
hohes Eigengewicht hat, dadurch muss es in gewissen Position
entlastet werden, sodass eine Verstellung durchgeführt werden
kann.
,EGEXTENSIONANDFLEXIONADJUSTMENT
Leg extension:
Pull out the pin and move the leg curler to your desired
position. The more you move it downward, the more tension
you can feel in your M. quadriceps. Release the pin and the leg
curler is secured.
Leg flexion function:
Pull out the pin and move the leg curler to your desired
position. The more you move it upward, the more tension
you can feel in your muscle of the backside of your upper leg.
Release the pin and the leg curler is secured.
