5.4.4 Target Heart Rate
To determine the benefit range in which you wish to train, you
must first determine your Maximum Heart Rate, which is the
highest your heart rate should go to. This can be accomplis-
hed by using the following formula:
220 - User’s Age = Maximum HeartRate
(If you enter your age during programming of the console the
console will perform this calculation automatically).
After calculating your Maximum Heart Rate, you can decide
upon which goal you would like to pursue. The heart rate
training zone for either cardiovascular fitness or weight loss
is represented by two different lines, which cut diagonally
through the chart.
WARNING: Systems with heartrate control can be
incorrect. Too much exercise could injure your body or
can cause dead. If you feel light theaded or weak, stop
your exercise immediately!
Please use a chestbelt, which you can buy optional. Only with
the chestbelt a real heartrate control exercise is possible.
5.4.4 Target Heart Rate

maximale hartslag te kennen, die kan worden berekend met

de computer deze onafhankelijk)
Zodra je de hartslag hebt gevonden die op jou van toepas-
sing is, hoef je alleen nog maar je trainingsdoel te bepalen.
De trainingszone wordt beperkt door de lijnen die diagonaal
door het diagram lopen.
WAARSCHUWING: Hartslagbewakingssystemen kun-
nen onnauwkeurig zijn. Overmatig bewegen kan leiden
tot ernstige gezondheidsschade of de dood. Als u zich
duizelig / zwak voelt, stop dan onmiddellijk met de trai-
ning!
Gebruik een borstriem als u wilt trainen met het HRC-
programma. Dit is de enige manier om zinvolle training te
geven.
5.4.5 Heart Rate Control Program
Heart Rate Control (HRC) uses your treadmill‘s incline system
to adjust your heart rate. Increases and decreases in eleva-
tion affect heart rate much more efficiently than changes in
speed alone. The HRC program automatically changes eleva-
tion gradually to achieve the programmed target heart rate.
You must receive a strong / steady value in heart rate window
or the program will not start.
• Press HR1 or HR2 button.
• The Pulse window will be blinking, showing the default HR
for this program. You may adjust it and press enter if you
want or just press enter to accept the default value.
• The Calorie will now be blinking showing bodyweight.
Adjust and press enter or press enter to accept default.
• The Pulse window will now be blinking showing age. Adjust
and press enter or press enter to accept default. Adjusting
Age will change the Target HR value.
• The Time window will now be blinking. Adjust the time and
press enter.
• Press Start to begin program.
5.4.5 Hartslagprogramma
De HR1- en HR2-hartslagprogramma‘s gebruiken de helling-
verhoging om de doelhartslag te bereiken.
Om het hartslagprogramma te gebruiken, moet een continue
hartslagoverdracht plaatsvinden, anders kan het programma
niet worden gestart.
Druk op HR1 of HR2.
• Het polsvenster knippert en er is een polsslag
weergegeven die kan worden gewijzigd. Heb je dit
gewijzigd en druk op START, dit is uw maximum
Traingsherzfrequenz. Druk op ENTER en vervolgens op
ga door met het invoeren van de gegevens.
• De calorie-indicator knippert, voer uw lichaamsgewicht in
en bevestig met de ENTER-toets.
• De polsweergave knippert, voer uw leeftijd in en bevestig
druk op de ENTER-toets. De verandering in leeftijd veran
dert de Trainingspolsslag.
• De tijdweergave knippert, u kunt nu de trainingstijd instellen
en bevestig met de ENTER-toets.
• Druk op START en de training begint.
