steek de slinger in de krik en draai de slinger van de krik zo, dat hij
iets omhoog komt; plaats vervolgens de krik onder de auto (zie de
figuur) op de door (C) aangegeven punten, dicht bij het te verwisselen
wiel;
❒
draai de slinger totdat de groef (D) van de krik goed om de rand (E)
van de chassisbalk valt;
❒
waarschuw eventuele omstanders dat de auto wordt opgekrikt; zorg
ervoor dat ze zich niet in de nabijheid van de auto bevinden en de
auto vooral niet aanraken totdat de auto weer geheel op de grond
staat;
❒
draai de slinger en krik de auto op, totdat het wiel enkele centimeters
los van de grond is;
❒
draai de vier wielbouten helemaal los en trek het wiel los;
❒
zorg ervoor dat de boutgaten en alle contactvlakken van het
reservewiel schoon zijn en geen onzuiverheden bevatten, omdat
hierdoor na verloop van tijd de wielbouten kunnen loslopen;
