    • Check your notifications on your computer, when you plug the camcorder in your computer, it should ask you if you want to open files, charge camcorder, upload videos, or do nothing.file explorer is we're you down load your files, so you can open then later or now.open setting on your computer, check your notifications settings and your download settings.and check your notifications settings and download settings on your camcorder.
