Filter element clog-

ging.

Extreme air humidity Clean the ﬁ lter element regularly:

Option 1: Set the suction power control to the

maximum setting. Cover the nozzle, suction

hose or intake opening on the extractor with

the surface of your hand for 10 seconds until

the automatic cleaning cycle starts.

To clean the second ﬁ lter half: switch off the

machine, switch on again and repeat the pro-

cedure.

Option 2: Clean the ﬁ lter element mechanically

(extracting,).

Option 3: Check the ﬁ lter element for damage

and clogging. Insert a new ﬁ lter element regu-

larly.

Using special repair compounds,

e.g. extremely ﬁ ne, soft ﬁ ller that

generates large quantities of dust.

Clean the ﬁ lter element regularly (see above).

Replace the ﬁ lter element regularly.

Machining materials that are not

yet dry

Read the technical data sheets and manufac-

turer recommendations.

Using the extractor in wet and dry

mode (mixed mode)

Before using the extractor in wet mode, clean

the ﬁ lter element thoroughly after completing

extraction and allow the ﬁ lter element to dry

completely.

If other problems other than those listed occur, please contact your Festool service workshop or your

local specialist dealer.
