Need full instruction in fitting,tightening and securing bar : 2464

Need full instruction in fitting,tightening and securing bar re Ferrex 2213. I have already had to replace one chan costing me £28:. Icnnot use the chainsaw for more than10minutes with bar or chain becoming loose this problem has occurred from fist use
