Scheibenabdeckung wechseln
Gehen Sie vor wie im folgenden beschrieben, wenn Sie die montierte Scheiben-
abdeckung

gegen die Scheibenabdeckung

auswechseln wollen:
1. Schalten Sie den Schleifer aus und entnehmen Sie den Akku aus der Akkuauf-
nahme

2. Nehmen Sie den Spannflansch

, die Schleif-/Trennscheibe

und den
Stützflansch
10
von der Spindel

ab wie im Kapitel „Montierte Schleif-/
Trennscheibe abnehmen“ beschrieben.
3. Öffnen Sie die Verschlussschelle

der montierten Scheibenabdeckung voll-
ständig (siehe Abb.B).
Ziehen Sie dafür den Hebel der Verschlussschelle vom Hals der Scheibenabdeckung
ab und nehmen Sie die Verschlussschelle vom Haken an der Scheibenabdeckung ab.
4. Verdrehen Sie die Scheibenabdeckung auf der Aufnahme am Schleifer im oder ent-
gegen dem Uhrzeigersinn, um die Scheibenabdeckung so auszurichten, dass die
Nasen an der Halsinnenseite der Scheibenabdeckung über den entsprechenden
Aussparungen an der Aufnahme liegen.
5. Ziehen Sie die Scheibenabdeckung nach unten hin von der Aufnahme

Schleifer ab.
6. Setzen Sie die neue Scheibenabdeckung mit geöffneter Verschlussschelle so von
unten an der Aufnahme an, dass die Nasen an der Halsinnenseite der Scheibenab-
deckung über den entsprechenden Aussparungen an der Aufnahme liegen.
7. Schieben Sie die Scheibenabdeckung maximal auf die Aufnahme.
8. Richten Sie die Scheibenabdeckung aus und führen Sie die Verschlussschelle über
den Haken an der Scheibenabdeckung, wenn sich die Scheibenabdeckung in der
gewünschten Position befindet.
9. Fixieren Sie die Scheibenabdeckung an der Aufnahme.
Legen Sie dafür den Hebel der Verschlussschelle in Richtung der Scheibenabdeckung
um, sodass der Hebel der Verschlussschelle am Hals der Scheibenabdeckung anliegt.
10. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Scheibenabdeckung korrekt fixiert ist und sich nicht
auf der Aufnahme verdrehen lässt.
11. Bringen Sie den Stützflansch, die Schleif-/Trennscheibe und den Spannflansch wieder
am Schleifer an, wie im Kapitel „Schleif-/Trennscheibe einsetzen“ beschrieben.
