19. Be alert
• Pay attention to what you are doing. Use your common sense when working. Do not
use the power tool when you are lack concentration.
20. Check the power tool for signs of damage
• Protective devices and any lightly damaged parts on the machine must be carefully
checked for correct and proper operation before using the machine.
• Check that all moving parts function properly and do not jam, and check whether they
show any signs of damage. All parts must be correctly installed and satisfy all
requirements necessary for correct operation of the power tool.
• Damaged protective devices and parts must be correctly repaired or replaced by an
approved specialist workshop, when this is not otherwise specified in the operating
manual.
• Damaged switches must be repaired by our customer service workshop.
• Never use a power tool that cannot be switched on and off using the normal power
switch.
21. Caution!
• The use of non-approved tool attachments and other accessories can present a
danger of injury.
22. Always have your power tool repaired by a qualified electrician
• This power tool conforms to the applicable safety regulations. Repairs may only be
done by qualified electricians using original spare parts; otherwise a danger of
accidents for may exist for the user.
Special safety regulations for bench saws
a. Caution! The use of accessories or additional devices that are not
recommended in this manual, or provided with the device, can present a danger
of injury.
b. Deformed or cracked saw blades must not be used. A damaged saw blade must
be immediately replaced.
c. A worn-out or damaged blade guard (plastic shield around the blade) must be
replaced.
d. Use a saw blade with a 205 mm outer diameter x 16 mm diameter mounting hole
x min. 2.4 mm cutting width, 24 teeth, min. 3000 rpm. Make sure that the saw
blade conforms to the EN 847-1 standard, has carbide teeth, and that it is suitable for
cutting wood. Make sure that the cutting width - min. 2.4 mm - is not less than the
width of the splitting wedge.
e. Only use saw blades designed for cutting wood. The approved speed must be at
least 3,000 rpm.
f. Do not use saw blades that are made only of HSS steel, the teeth must be
carbide-tipped.
g. Wear hearing protection to reduce the risk of going deaf.
h. Wear breathing protection to reduce the risk of inhaling dangerous dust.
i. Wear suitable gloves when handling saw blades and rough materials. Only
transport saw blades in their original packaging.
j. Connect a dust extractor to the mountings at the dust extraction opening.
Only operate the machine together with a dust extractor.

Spænd skruen til beskyttelsesskærmen netop så meget, at beskyttelsesskærmen ikke
vibrerer for meget, men så den ved sin egenvægt falder ned på bordet. D. at
eskyttelsesskærmen skal være let bevægelig og selvlukkende – den må under ingen
omstændigheder gøres fast.
Udskiftning af savklinge
Advarsel: træk stikket ud af strømforsyningen først.

For lettere at kunne tage savklingen ud stil da i givet fald savklingehøjden
noget lavere. Samling i omvendt rækkefølge.
Glem ikke: Drejepilen på savklingen skal svare til drejepilens retning på maskinen.
Drejepilen på maskinen bliver synlig, når De fjerner savklingen.
4. ANVENDELSE
Stil altid bordrundsaven på en plan arbejdsflade.
Bordrundsaven bør være tilgængelig fra alle sider, dog mindst forfra og fra højre -
Savklingeudskiftning!
Ved foden af maskinen er der 4 huller.
Fastgør rundsaven med 4 skruer 5 - 6 mm Ø på et arbejdsbord.
Ret parallelanslaget parallelt med savklingen, så arbejdsobjektet ikke kommer i klemme
mellem anslag og savklinge.

Fastgør først parallelanslaget foran – tryk håndtaget ned, kraftigt men dog ikke for kraftigt
– og luk så fastgørelseskrogen bagtil.
Fastgør parallelanslaget på begge sider.
