• Coloque a cremalheira (14) encostada à roda dentada (15) na parte interior do suporte de

apoio (16), tal como ilustrado.

• Faça deslizar o suporte de apoio sobre o pilar (12), mantendo a cremalheira em posição.

• Empurre a cremalheira totalmente para baixo.

• Faça deslizar o anel em O (17) sobre o pilar (12) com a abertura maior voltada para baixo,

para se certificar de que a extremidade superior da cremalheira (14) fica bloqueada.

• Aperte o parafuso de bloqueio (18).

• Coloque o manípulo de ajuste da altura (19) no veio (20) e aperte o parafuso (21).

• Coloque a cabeça (22) em cima do pilar (12).

• Aperte firmemente os parafusos Allen (23) para manter a cabeça no lugar.

• Coloque o volante de ajuste da altura (24) no eixo (25) e aperte o parafuso (26).

• Coloque as maçanetas (27) no volante.

• Monte o resguardo (7) no aro (28).

• Fixe o resguardo, apertando o parafuso de fixação (29).

• Abra o resguardo (7).

• Faça deslizar o veio da bucha (30) para o veio de transmissão.

Abucha (6) tem de ser removida para trabalhos com perfurações cónicas. Para a remover,

proceda da forma a seguir indicada:

• Abra o resguardo (7).

• Baixe a bucha, até o orifício no veio de transmissão (31) ficar visível. Mantenha a bucha

nesta posição.

• Eleve a bancada, até ficar cerca de 2 cm abaixo da bucha.

• Rode a bucha com a mão, para alinhar o orifício do veio de transmissão com os orifícios do

veio de alimentação.

• Solte a bucha, conduzindo a cunha (32) para o orifício no veio de transmissão.

4. OPERAÇÃO

Introduzir e retirar uma broca

• Abra o resguardo (7).

• Abra a bucha (6).

• Introduza a broca na bucha.

• Aperte a bucha manualmente.
