Avvertenze

pressi di una fiamma libera, di una stufa o di
materiali combustibili.

qualità.

prestare attenzione.
• Nonfarcadere,nonperforareoincenerire.
• Nonconservareoutilizzareinluoghicon
temperatura superiore a 50º C (122º F).
• Tenerelontanodallaportatadeibambini
• Lasciarraffreddareprimadirimetterela
copertura di protezione e conservare.
Carica e ricarica del gas
• Accertarsichel’interruttore(1)siaposizionato
su spento prima di caricare.
• Capovolgerel’unità;inserireverticalmente
l’ugellodelcontenitoredigasnellavalvoladi
ricarica (5).
• Quandoilgasfuoriescedallavalvoladi
ricaricarimuoverel’ugellodallavalvoladi
ricarica.
Accensione
• Spostareilcontrollodierogazione(6)nella
posizione centrale.
• Spostarel’interruttore(1)versol’altoea
destra.
• Premerel’interruttored’accensione(7)per
accendere la fiamma.
• Quandosiusal’unitàcomestrumentodi
saldatura,dopo3secondidall’accensione
della torcia spostare la leva di spegnimento (2)
verso sinistra e rilasciarla. La fiamma libera
verràquindispentaesivedràlapuntadi
saldatura (4) diventare rossa.
Spegnimento
Spostarel’interruttore(1)versol’altoeasinistra.
L’interruttoretorneràsullaposizionedispento.
Regolazione lunghezza o temperatura della
fiamma
Dopol’accensioneruotareilcontrollodi
erogazione (6) verso destra per aumentare la
lunghezza della fiamma della torcia o elevare la
temperaturadellapuntadisaldaturaodell’aria,o
verso sinistra per diminuire la lunghezza o
abbassare la temperatura.
Consigli per l’uso
• Dopoaverecaricatooricaricatoilgas
attendere per circa 2 minuti che il gas nel
cilindro si sia stabilizzato.
• Ricopriredistagnolepuntedisaldaturaprima
diutilizzarleperlaprimavolta.Unavolta
riscaldata la punta, applicare su di essa un
sottile strato di lega per saldatura.
• LasaldaturaNONdeveessereapplicatasu
circuitisottotensione,poichéquestaunitàdi
saldaturanonèdotatadiunospecifico
isolamento elettrico.
• Mantenereimbevutalaspugnapuliscipunte.
Montaggio e sostituzione dei
diversi accessori
Lasciare sempre raffreddare l’unità prima
di rimuovere o sostituire le punte.
Sostituzione delle punte di saldatura
• Usandounachiaveda7mm(15)perlapunta
disaldaturaol’ugelloariacalda(9-14)ouna
chiaveda8mmperlapuntadisaldatura(4)è
possibilestringereosvitarelapuntaol’ugello.
• Dopoaveresvitatoildado(3)èpossibile
rimuovere la protezione (8) e la testa di
saldatura(4).Oral’unitàèunatorciaafiamma
libera.
