• Hold altid netledningen borte fra varmluftpistolens mundstykke.
• Når pistolen bruges, må der ikke være børn og dyr i nærheden.
Maskinen skal øjeblikkeligt slukkes i til fælde af:
• Defekt netstik, netledning eller beskadigelse af ledning.
• Defekt kontakt.
• Røg eller lugt fra sveden isolering.
3. IBRUGTAGNING
Varmluftpistolen kan bl.a. brugestil:
• Blikkenslagerarbejde som rørsamlinger, lodning og bøjning af rør.
• Aftagning af maling, fernis og lak uden risiko for brand.
• Hurtig tørring af apparater, der er blevet våde.
• Tørring af overflader for hurtig reparation.
• Aftagning af selvklæbende etiketter på en ren måde;
• Perfekt påføring af PVC-labels.
• Glatstrygning af blærer, der er kommet efter klæbning af PVC-materialer.
• Nem aftagning af gulvbelægning af vinyl.
• Formning af alle lav-temperatur plastmaterialer (350°C), herunder polyethylen og PVC.
• Formning af alle høj-temperatur plastmaterialer (600°C), herunder acryl- og plexiglas.
• Smeltning af plast, herunder materialer og folier med PVC-lag.
• Varmekrympende rør.
•Krympeemballage.
• Optøning af rør og motorer.
• Reparation af coatings: emalje på bad og husholdsningsapparater; anvendelse af
epoxypulver coating.
• Reparation af ski, surfbræt og andre sportsartikler.
• Løsgøring af skruer og forbindelser, der er for stramme.

Varmluftpistolen kan bruges normalt med hånden, men den kan også stilles lodret.
• Varmluftpistolen skal være slukket, før stikket sættes i stikkontakten (1).
• Hold altid netledningen borte fra den varme luftstrøm og mundstykket.
• Sæt kontakten på "I, II eller III" for at tænde for varmluftpistolen.
0=Fra
I=80 ºC, luftstrøm 350 l/min.
II =80 – 600 ºC, luftstrøm 350 l/min.
II = 80 – 600 ºC, luftstrøm 500 l/min.
I position II og III kan temperaturen indstilles (80 - 600 ºC) med temperaturreguleringsskiven:
L(drejning med uret) = sænkning af temperaturen
H (drejning mod uret) = øgning af temperaturen
NB: Hvis man ønsker at opnå et godt resultat, er det bedst, at man først afprøver på et lille
stykke af arbejdsstykket. Dette gælder for alle materialer.

III = 80 - 600 ºC, air flow 500 L/min
In position II and III the temperature can be regulated (80 - 600 ºC) with the temperature-
adjustment disc:
L(rotating clockwise) = decreasing the temperature
H (rotating counterclockwise) = increasing the temperature
Tip: If you want to get the best result, test all appliances on a little part of the workpiece.
4.MAINTENANCE
Always disconnect the apparatus before carrying out inspection or cleaning. Never
use water or other liquids to clean the electrical parts of the hot air gun.
• Never use easy inflammable liquids for cleaning the hot air gun, especially for the
mouthpiece.
•Regular maintenance of your hot air gun prevents unnecessary problems. Keep the
ventilation slots of the hot air gun clean to prevent overheating.
Troubleshooting
In case the hot air gun does not work well, we give you subjoined some possible causes and
their solutions.
Faults
Should a fault occur, e.g. after wear of a part, please contact the service address on the warranty
card. In the back of this manual you find an exploded view showing the parts that can be
ordered.
• The engine gets
overheated.
•The hot air gun does not
start when it is switched
on.
•The engine does not
work, but it does heat.
• The ventilation slots of
the hot air gun are dirty.
• Interruption in the
electrical circuit.
• The switch is defective.
• Interruption in the
electrical circuit.
• Clean the ventilation
slots.
•Check the mains lead
and the mains plug.
• Pull the mains lead out of
the wall socket, because
there is a chance of fire
risk ! Have the hot air gun
repaired at your local
dealer.
