Røg eller lugt fra sveden isolering.
Elektrisk sikkerhed
sikkerhedsfolder.
Kontroller altid om netspændingen
svarer til værdien på typeskiltet.
Klasse II maskine – Dobbelt isolering –
effekt. Lederne skal have et gennemsnit på
mindst 1.5 mm
2
. Hvis forlængerledningen sidder
på en tromle, rulles ledningen helt af.
3. SAMLING
Støvsamling
Fig. 2
Slibemaskinen er udstyret med en støvpose (3)
for at holde arbejdsfladen ren.
maskinens adapter.
Tøm støvposen et passende sted.
Skub støvposen tilbage på maskinens
adapter, indtil den låses på plads.
Husk, at støvsamling kun fungere når
der anvendes perforeret sandpapir.
Udskiftning ad slidt sandpapier
Denne maskine kan bruges til både Velcro
®
-
sandpapir og universal-sandpapir.
Før der udskiftes sandpapir, skal du
altid fjerne stikket fra stikkontakten.
Velcro
®
-sandpapir (230 x 115 mm)
Sandpapiret er sat fast med Velcro
®
luk for at
Universal-sandpapir (280 x 115 mm)
Fig. 3
Indsæt sandpapiret under klemmen.
i papiret. Disse skal passe med dem på
slibesålen, sådan at støv kan blive samlet.
Skub håndtaget tilbage i dets originale
position.
Gentag dette for at ordne sandpapiret på
forsiden.
Indsæt sandpapiret så stramt så muligt.
Grovt sandpapir (korn 50) fjerner generelt store
dele af materialet og fint sandpapir (korn 120)
anvendes til finpudsning.
Udskiftning af slibesålen
Sålen skal udskiftes når Velcro
®
en er slidt ned.
Før udskiftning af slibesålen, skal du
afbryde strømtilførslen til
slibemaskinen.
Fjern sandpapiret fra slibesålen.
Fjern skruerne som holder sålen på
slibemaskinen.
Fjern sålen.
Anbring den nye sål på slibemaskinen.
Stram skruerne til.

Electrical safety
When using electric machines always observe
the safety regulations applicable in your country
to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and
personal injury. Read the following safety
instructions and also the enclosed safety
instructions.
Always check that the power supply
corresponds to the voltage on the rating
plate.
Class II machine – Double insulation –
You don’t need any earthed plug.
Replacing cables or plugs
Immediately throw away old cables or plugs
when they have been replaced by new ones. It is
dangerous to insert the plug of a loose cable in
the wall outlet.
Using extension cables
Only use an approved extension cable suitable
for the power input of the machine. The minimum
conductor size is 1.5 mm
2
. When using a cable
reel always unwind the reel completely.
3. ASSEMBLY
Dust collection
Fig. 2
The sander has been carried out with a dust bag
(3) to keep the working surface clean. The dust
bag must be installed on the back side of the
machine, on the opening. It is necessary to
empty the dust bag regularly for an efficient use.
Empty it as follows:
Turn the dust bag slightly and pull it out of the
machine’s adapter.
Empty the dust bag in a suitable place.
Push the dust bag on to the machine’s
adapter till it locks into place.
Remember that the dust extraction only
works when using perforated
sandpaper.
Replacing worn sanding paper
This machine is suitable for Velco
®
sanding paper
and universal sanding paper.
Before assembly sanding paper always
remove the plug from the mains.
Velcro
®
sanding paper (230 x 115 mm)
The sandpaper is fixed by Velcro
®
fastener to
facilitate the replacement.
Simply pull off the sanding paper.
Press the new one in the centre of the
sanding sole.
Universal sanding paper (280 x 115 mm)
Fig. 3
The sanding machine is provided with a
rectangle sanding sole. By tightening the
sandpaper it does not wear out so fast, so it will
wear well longer.
Open the back paper clamp (4) by pulling the
handle (5) up.
Install the sandpaper under the clamp. Put the
paper in the middle of the sanding sole and
look after the perforations in the paper. They
have to correspond with those on the sanding
sole, so that the dust can be exhausted.
Push the handle back into its original position.
Repeat the operation to fix the sand-paper on
the front side.
Fix the sandpaper as tight as possible.
Coarse sand-paper (grain 50) removes in general
the bigger part of the material and fine sand-
paper (grain 120) is used for the finishing.
Replacing the sanding sole
The sole has to be replaced when the Velcro
®
has been worn out.
Before replacing the sanding sole
disconnect the sander from the mains.
Remove the sandpaper of the sole.
Remove the screws which the sole is fixed to
the sander.
Remove the sole.
Install the new sole on the sander.
Tighten the screws well.
