Pass på at støpselet er koplet fra
stikkontakten.Rengjør verktøyet kun ved hjelp av
en tørr klut.Smør sagbladstyringen (J) jevnlig.Pass på at du
avhender innpakningen og verktøyet på korrekt vis.
Vedlikehold kontursagen jevnlig for å unngå
unødvendige problemer. For å holde maskinen i god
stand:
Hold sokkelen ren for å unngå unøyaktigheter når du
sager.
Hold huset på kontursagen ren, slik at alle bevegelige
deler kan bevege seg presist og uten hindringer.
Hold luftehullene på motoren rene slik at en unngår
varmgang.
Bytt ut slitte børster så snart kontursagen begynner å
få ujevn gange eller lager uvanlige lyder. For øvrig
garanterer vi at sagen oppfører seg problemfritt. Få
kundeservice til å bytte ut børstene.
Smør sagbladføringen jevnlig.
Rengjøring
Hold maskinens ventilasjonsåpninger rene for å unngå
overoppheting av motoren.
Rengjør maskinens ytterside regelmessig med en myk
fille - helst hver gang den er brukt. Hold
ventilasjonsåpningene frie for støv og skitt.
Hvis det er vanskelig å fjerne skitt, kan man bruke en myk
fille som er fuktet med såpevann. Bruk aldri løsemidler
som bensin, alkohol, ammoniakkvann, etc. Disse
løsemidlene kan ødelegge plastdelene.
Smøring
Maskinen trenger ikke ekstra smøring.
Feil
Hvis det oppstår en feil, f.eks. etter slitasje av en del, bes
du kontakte din lokale Ferm-forhandler.
Bakerst i denne håndboken finner du en splittegning som
viser deler som kan bestilles.
1. Den elektriske motoren blir varm.
Motoren er blitt overbelastet som følge av for stort
arbeidsstykke.
Bruk lavere fart når du sager.
Motoren er defekt.
Send maskinen til ditt servicesenter for inspeksjon
og/eller reparasjon.
2. Maskinen virker ikke.
Strømforsyningen er blitt ødelagt.
Se etter skade på strømledningen.
Bryteren er defekt.

3. Saging er vanskelig og skjæret er ujevnt.
Sagbladet er ute av stilling eller er sløvt.

Bytt ut sagbladet.
5. Maskinen støyer og/eller går ujevnt.
Børstene er slitte.
Få kundeservice til å bytte ut børstene.

2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

damage to the tool in case of non-observance of
the instructions in this manual.

rating plate.

need any earthed plug.
Read the instructions
Immediately unplug the plug from the mains
electricity in the case that the cord gets damaged
and during maintenance
Wear a dust mask. Working with wood, metals and
other materials may produce dust that is harmful to
health. Do not work with material containing asbestos!
Visual inspection before starting work
Caution! Laser beam! Never look into the light
beam and never aim the laser at a person when it is
switched on.
Disposal/recycling
Faulty and/or discarded electrical or electronic
apparatus have to be collected at the appropriate
recycling locations.

GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Attention! Read all the instructions. Failure to
observe the instructions given below could result in
electric shock, fire and/or severe injuries. The term “power
tool” used below (see enclosed) relates to mains-powered
electrical tools (with a mains lead).
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
When using electric machines always observe the
safety regulations applicable in your country to
reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and personal
injury. Read the following safety instructions and
also the enclosed safety instructions.
Keep these instructions in a safe place!
Always check that the power supply corres-ponds
to the voltage on the rating plate.
The machine is double insulated in accordance
with EN50144; therefore no earth wire is required.
Replacing cables or plugs
If the mains cable becomes damaged, it must be replaced
with a special mains cable available from the
manufacturer or the manufacturer’s customer service.
Dispose of old cables or plugs immediately after
replacing them with new ones. It is dangerous to connect
the plug of a loose cable to a socket.
Using extension cables
Only use an approved extension cable suitable for the
power input of the machine. The minimum conductor
size is 1.5 mm

. When using a cable reel always unwind
the reel completely.
SAFETY TIPS FOR THE LASER BEAMER.
Never look into the light beam of the laser.
Never point the light beam of the laser at humans or
animals.
Do not point the light beam of the laser at strongly
reflecting material. Hazard from reflected light.
Only have repairs made to the laser beamer by
qualified personnel / professional repair specialists.
Do not insert any hard objects into the laser optics.
Clean the laser optics with a soft, dry brush.
PLEASE KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS SAFE!
APPLICATIONS
You can use this jigsaw to cut workpieces made of
different materials (wood, aluminium, plastic, metal,
etc.) accurately and to any shape you wish. The thickness
of the workpiece must not exceed 70 mm maximum (for
wood). Any other use (e.g. stationary operation) is
expressly excluded.
The maximum sawing depth of 70 mm is only achievable
when using an extra long saw blade.
Always select a lower angle setting when working
with hard materials.
