Lees deze handleiding zorgvuldig door voor u de machine gebruikt. Zorg ervoor

dat u weet hoe de machine werkt en hoe u deze moet bedienen. Onderhoud de

machine volgens de instructies en verzeker u ervan dat de machine goed werkt.

Bewaar deze handleiding en bijgesloten documentatie bij de machine.

Bedoeld gebruik

De FBH-1100K is bedoeld om gaten te boren in materiaal zoals, steen, beton en soortgelijke

materialen. De machine kan ook gebruikt worden als sloophamer in combinatie met de

meegeleverde, passende beitels. De machine is absoluut niet bedoeld voor andere

doeleinden.

Controleer de machine en toebehoren op transportschade.

Hiiliharjojen vaihto

• Vaihda molemmat hiiliharjat samalla kertaa.

• Tarkista säännöllisesti, onko hiiliharjoissa kulumia tai vikoja.

• Vaihda aina kuluneet hiiliharjat.

• Pidä hiiliharjat aina puhtaina. Varmista, ettei kumpikaan harja ole tukossa.

• Avaa kone ja tutki/vaihda hiiliharjat.

• Irrota ja vaihda hiiliharjat tarvittaessa.

• Kokoa takakahva uudelleen.

Puhdistus

Puhdista koneen kotelot säännöllisesti pehmeällä kankaalla, mieluiten jokaisen käyttökerran

jälkeen. Varmista, että ilmanvaihtoaukot ovat puhtaita pölystä ja liasta. Pyyhi vaikeasti

irrotettava lika käyttämällä pehmeää kangasta, joka on kostutettu saippualla/sopivalla

pesuaineella. Älä koskaan käytä bensiinin, alkoholin tai ammoniakin tapaisia liuottimia.

Tällaiset kemikaalit voivat vahingoittaa synteettisiä osia.

• Rasvaa poravasaran akseli säännöllisesti.

• Tarkista koneen rasvamäärä säännöllisesti:

• Irrota koneen päällä oleva rasvakorkki (12) (Off-asento)

• Irrota myös toinen korkki (jossa on 4 lovea)

• Nyt voit nähdä pyörivät osat koneen sisällä: liikkuvissa osissa tulee olla rasvaa.

• Lisää rasvaa tarvittaessa reiän kautta.

• Aseta korkki takaisin reikään ja kiristä se.

• Aseta rasvakorkki takaisin paikalleen (ON-asentoon)

Viat

Jos kone vikaantuu esimerkiksi osan kulumisen johdosta, ota yhteys takuukortin

huoltopisteeseen. Tämän käyttöoppaan takasivulla on hajotuskuva, jossa on lueteltu

tilattavissa olevat osat.

Ympäristö

Kuljetusvaurioiden välttämiseksi kone on pakattu tukevaan laatikkoon. Tämä pakkaus on

mahdollisimman ympäristöystävällinen. Kierrätä se.

Vioittuneet tai käytöstä poistettavat sähkölaitteet on toimitettava asianmukaiseen

kierrätyspisteeseen.
