La lijadora orbital se ha diseñado para lijar
madera,metal,plásticoysuperciespintadas.

MONTAJE

Antes del montaje, apague siempre la
máquina y saque el enchufe de la toma.

Montaje
● Monteelpapeldelija(8)deltamañodegrano
deseado en el almohadilla de lijado (4).
Asegúresedequelaperforaciónenelpapel
de lija (8) corresponda con la perforación en
la almohadilla de lijado (4).
- Utilicepapeldelijagrueso(grano50)para
lijarsuperciesrugosaseirregulares.
- Utilicepapeldelijamedio(grano80)para
quitarlosarañazosquedejaelpapeldelija
grueso.
- Utilicepapeldelijano(grano120)para
acabarlassupercies.
Retirada
● Retireelpapeldelija(8)delaalmohadillade
lijado (4).
USO

● Paraencenderlamáquina,presioneel
interruptor de encendido/apagado (1).
● Paraapagarelmodocontinuo,presionede
nuevo el interruptor de encendido/apagado (1).

Laruedadeajustedevelocidadseutilizapara
ajustar la velocidad. La rueda de ajuste de
velocidad puede situarse en 6 posiciones.
La velocidad ideal depende del tamaño de grano
deseadoydelmaterialquevaatrabajarse.

No ajuste la velocidad durante el uso.
● Girelaruedadeajustedevelocidad(3)
a la posición deseada.
- Para materiales duros, utilice papel de lija
conuntamañodegranonoyseleccione
una velocidad inferior.
- Para materiales blandos, utilice papel de lija
con un tamaño de grano grueso y seleccione
una velocidad superior.

● Introduzcalabolsaparaelpolvo(9)enla
conexión de bolsa para el polvo (7).
● Girelabolsaparaelpolvo(9)ensentidohorario
hastaqueencajeensuposición.
Consejos para un uso óptimo
● Fijelapiezadetrabajo.
● Sujetelamáquinarmementeconambas
manos.
● Enciendalamáquina.
● Coloquelaalmohadilladelijadoconelpapel
delijasobrelapiezadetrabajo.
● Muevalentamentelamáquinasobrelapieza
detrabajo,presionandormementela
almohadilladelijadocontralapiezadetrabajo.
● Noapliquedemasiadapresiónsobrela
máquina.Dejequelamáquinahagaeltrabajo.
● Apaguelamáquinayesperequeéstase
detenga completamente antes de dejarla.
LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

Antes de la limpieza y el mantenimiento,
apague siempre la máquina y saque el
enchufe de la toma.
● Limpielacarcasaperiódicamenteconunpaño
suave.
● Mantengalasranurasdeventilaciónlibresde
polvo y suciedad. En caso necesario, utilice un
paño suave humedecido para eliminar el polvo
y la suciedad de las ranuras de ventilación.
● Limpieregularmentelaalmohadilladelijado
para evitar imprecisiones durante el uso.

● Pararetirarelpapeldelijausado(8),
proceda como se describe en la sección
„Montajeyretiradadelpapeldelija“.
