Uw excentrische schuurmachine is ontworpen
voor het schuren van hout, metaal, kunststof
en geverfde oppervlakken.

ASSEMBLAGE

Schakel voor assemblage altijd de
machine uit en verwijder de netstekker
uit het stopcontact.
Monteren en verwijderen van het schuurpapier

Monteren
● Monteerschuurpapier(8)metdegewenste
korrelgrootteopdeschuurzool(4).Zorgervoor
dat de perforatie in het schuurpapier (8)
overeenkomt met de perforatie op de
schuurzool(4).
- Gebruikgrofschuurpapier(korrel50)voor
het schuren van ruwe, ongelijkmatige
oppervlakken.
- Gebruikmediumschuurpapier(korrel80)
voorhetverwijderenvandekrassendiezijn
overgebleven van het grove schuurpapier.
- Gebruikjnschuurpapier(korrel120)voor
het afwerken van oppervlakken.
Verwijderen
● Verwijderhetschuurpapier(8)vande
schuurzool(4).
GEBRUIK

● Omdemachineinteschakelen,druktude
aan/uit-schakelaar (1) in.
● Omcontinubedrijfuitteschakelen,druktude
aan/uit-schakelaar (1) nogmaals in.

Hetinstelwielvoorhettoerentalwordtgebruikt
voorhetinstellenvandesnelheid.Hetinstelwiel
voor het toerental kan in 6 posities worden
ingesteld.Deidealesnelheidisafhankelijkvande
gewenste korrelgrootte en van het te bewerken
materiaal.

Stel de snelheid niet in tijdens gebruik.
● Draaihetinstelwielvoorhettoerental(3)naar
de gewenste positie.
- Gebruik voor harde materialen schuurpapier
meteenjnekorrelenselecteereenlagere
snelheid.
- Gebruikvoorzachtematerialenschuurpapier
met een grove korrel en selecteer een hoger
snelheid.

● Plaatsdestofzak(9)indestofzakaansluiting(7).
● Draaidestofzak(9)rechtsomtotdathijopzijn
plaats klikt.
Aanwijzingen voor optimaal gebruik
● Klemhetwerkstukvast.
● Houddemachinestevigmetbeidehandenvast.
● Schakeldemachinein.
● Plaatsdeschuurzoolmetschuurpapierophet
werkstuk.
● Beweegdemachinelangzaamoverhet
werkstuk,waarbijdeschuurzoolstevigtegen
het werkstuk wordt gedrukt.
● Oefennietteveeldrukuitopdemachine.
Laat de machine het werk doen.
● Schakeldemachineuitenwachttotdatde
machine volledig tot stilstand is gekomen
voordatudemachinewegzet.
REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD

Schakel voor reiniging en onderhoud
altijd de machine uit en verwijder de
netstekker uit het stopcontact.
● Reinigregelmatigdebehuizingmeteen
zachtedoek.
● Houddeventilatieopeningenvrijvanstofen
vuil.Gebruikindiennodigeenzachte,vochtige
doek om stof en vuil uit de ventilatieopeningen
te verwijderen.
● Reinigregelmatigdeschuurzoolomonnauw-
keurigheden tijdens gebruik te vermijden.
