25.Switch off the pressure regulators when the
compressor is not used
When the compressor is not being used put the
handle of the pressure regulator in "0" position
(OFF), disconnect the compressor from the current
and open the valve of the line to release the compres-
sed air from the tank.
26.Do not touch the hot parts of the compressor
Do not touch the pipes, the motor and all other hot
parts to avoid burns.
27.Do not point the air jet directly to the body
To avoid risks never point the air jet to persons or
animals.
28.Discharge condensed water from the tank
Discharge the tank daily or every 4 operating hours.
Open the discharge mechanism and if necessary tilt
the compressor to remove the accumulated water.
29.Do not switch off the compressor by pulling
the feeder cable
Use the switch "0/I" (ON/OFF) of the pressure regu-
lator to switch off the compressor.
30.Pneumatic circuit
Use the recommended pipes and pneumatic tools
which can endure a pressure higher or equal to the
maximum operating pressure of the compressor.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
Earthing regulations
This compressor must be grounded when it is in use, to
protect the operator against electric shocks. The 1-
phase compressor is equipped with a two-pole cable
including earth. The 3-phase compressor is equipped
with an electric cable without plug.
A qualified technician must carry out the electric con-
nection. It is not recommended to disassemble the com-
pressor or make other connections in the pressure
regulator. Repairs must be carried out by the authorized
help services or by other qualified centres.
Never forget that the wire for earthing is the green
or yellow/green one. Never connect this green wire
to the terminal when it is in operation.
Before replacing the plug of the feeder cable make sure
that the earth wire is connected. In case of uncertainty
contact a qualified electrician for checking the earthing.
Extension cords
Use only an extension cord with plug and earthing; never
use damaged or crushed extension cords. Make sure
that the extension cord is in good condition.
When using an extension cable, make sure that the
cable’s diameter is sufficient for transporting the current
absorbed through the connected product.
An extension cord that is too thin can cause drops in vol-
tage and as a result of this a loss of power and an exagge-
rated heating up of the machine. The extension cable of
the 1-phase compressors must have a diameter in accor-
dance with its length, refer to table 2.

Electric connection
De monophase compressors are delivered complete
with electric cable and bipolar plug including earth line. It
is important to connect the compressor to a socket out-
let with earthing. (fig. 7)
Attention! The earthing must be executed in
accordance with the safety regulations (EN
60204). The plug of the feeder cable is not allowed to be used
as switch, but must be put into a socket outlet controlled by a
suitable differential switch (thermomagnetic).

KONSERWACJA
Przed przystąpieniem do jakichkolwiek prac konserwa-
cyjnych, należy upewnić się, że:
• Wyłącznik główny jest w położeniu “0”.
• Regulator ciśnienia lub wyłącznik główny jest w
położeniu “0”.
• Zbiornik powietrza nie znajduje się pod ciśnieniem
(tylko modele ze zbiornikiem).
Sprężarka wytwarza skroploną wodę, która gromadzi
się w zbiorniku. Musi ona być ze zbiornika odprowad-
zana co najmniej raz na tydzień, poprzez otwarcie kurka
spustowego (rys. 12) pod zbiornikiem (tylko modele ze
zbiornikiem).
Upewnić się, czy w butli gazowej znajduje się sprężone
powietrze. Woda może wytrysnąć z dużą siłą. Zalecane
ciśnienie maks. 1 ÷ 2 bar.
CZYSZCZENIE FILTRA
Seria F-ECU-GMS-VS-AIRCLIK-F 1
Zalecane jest, aby co 50 godzin pracy wyjmować filtr
próżniowy i czyścić go przedmuchując sprężonym
powietrzem. Jeżeli element wskazany strzałką jest zat-
kany, filtr powinien zostać wymieniony.
CZĘŚCI ZAMIENNE
W ramach wykonywanych napraw należy używać
wyłącznie oryginalnych części zamiennych, identycznych
z zastępowanymi.
Wszelkie prace naprawcze muszą być wykonywane
przez autoryzowany punkt serwisowy.
