Faulty and/or discarded electrical or electronic apparatus have to be collected
at the appropriate recycling locations.
Specific safety instructions
• Dispose of plastic bags safely - they are a suffocation hazard for young children.
• Please read these instructions carefully and thoroughly before using this appliance and
keep them for future reference. It is very important that you understand how to use this
appliance safely so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the requirements as
outlined in these instructions.
• If you are in any doubt what so ever about using this appliance, we strongly recommend
that you employ the services of a suitably qualified person.
• Keep children and pets well away from the work area and never allow children to use this
appliance or touch the extension cord at any time. When not in use, keep this appliance
stored in a safe place out of reach of children.
• Never leave the appliance unattended when in use.
• Check that the power rating on your appliance corresponds with the power rating at you
mains supply. The supply voltage must be 230 - 240V.
• Never use this appliance in a pond or swimming pool while people are present - in the
water!
Always flush through with clean water after every use.
Important safety notes on charger and battery block
If you come into contact with acid from the battery block, rinse it off with water
immediately. If acid gets into your eyes, rinse out your eyes at once with water
and contact a doctor immediately!
1. Before using both the battery pack and the battery charger, make sure you have read and
understood the operating instructions and safety information.
2. Only use the battery pack with the battery charger provided – using other chargers could
be dangerous.
3. Keep the battery pack, tool and battery charger away from damp and wet conditions.
4. Before using the battery charger, check all wires are properly connected.
5. If any wires on the charger are damaged, do not use it until these have been replaced.
6. When the charger is not in use it should not be plugged in. When unplugging, do not pull the
plug out by the cable.
7. If the charger breaks down or suffers from other technical problems, take it to a recognised
dealership to be checked before using it again. Any damaged parts must be replaced.
8. Take care when handling the battery pack, do not drop it or knock it against other things.
9. Never attempt to repair the battery charger or battery pack yourself; this can be extremely
dangerous. Repairs should always be carried out by a recognised dealership.

4.BRUGSINSTRUKTIONER

• Skub på on/off knappen for at starte maskinen (1).
• Skub afbryderknappen for at afbryde maskinen.
Opladning

• Fjern batteriet fra maskinen
• Placer batteriet i batteriopladeren som vist i illustrationen.
• Stik omformerens stik ind i (væg) stikket
• Opladningsprocessen starter; de røde LED lyser
• Så snart de grønne LED lyser, er opladningen færdig og batteriet er klar til anvendelse.
Opbevaring
Når maskinen opbevares i mere end 6 uger:
• Aflad batteriet helt (ved at køre produktet), og genoplad herefter batteriet i mere end 3-5
timer.
• Opbevar i et frostfrit rum.
• Genoplad batteriet hver 1 eller 2 måned i vinterperioden, da langsomt vil aflades.
5.SERVICE & VEDLIGEHOLDELSE
Sørg for, at maskinen ikke er strømførende, når der udføres vedligeholdelse
på motoren.
Disse maskiner er blevet konstrueret, så de kan arbejde i lange perioder med et minimum af
vedligeholdelse. Korrekt vedligeholdelse og rengøring af maskinen er en forudsætning for lang
tids tilfredsstillende brug.
Smøring
Maskinen behøver ingen ekstra smøring.
Fejl
Skulle en fejl opstå, f.eks. pga. slidtage af en enhed, kontakt venligst serviceadressen på
garantibeviset. På bagsiden af denne manual finder du en tegning med alle dele, der kan
bestilles.
Miljø
For at undgå transportbeskadigelse leveres maskinen i en solid emballage. Emballagen er
så vidt muligt lavet af genbrugsmateriale. Genbrug derfor emballagen. NiCd celler kan
recirkuleres.
