3. BEDIENING

Neem altijd de veiligheidsvoorschriften en andere van toepassing zijnde

voorschriften in acht.

Keuze van het schuurpapier

Grof schuurpapier (korrel 50) verwijdert over het algemeen het meeste materiaal en fijn

schuurpapier wordt gebruikt voor de afwerking. Als het oppervlak oneffen is, begint u met

grof schuurpapier.

Vervolgens gebruikt u middelgrof schuurpapier (korrel 80) om de krassen die het eerste

papier heeft achtergelaten te verwijderen en tenslotte neemt u fijn schuurpapier (korrel

120) voor de afwerking.

Het verwijderen en aanbrengen van de schuurband

Haal voor het verwisselen van de schuurband altijd eerst de stekker uit het

stopcontact.

• Leg de machine op de zijkant, met de kap van de aandrijfriem naar beneden.

• Maak de schuurbandbevestigingspal (4) los.

• Verwijder de oude schuurband van de machine.

• Breng een nieuwe schuurband op de machine aan. Let er hierbij op, dat de

richtingspijlen op de schuurband in dezelfde richting wijzen als de richtingindicatie (5).

• Maak de schuurbandbevestigingspal weer vast

(4).

Het in lijn brengen van de schuurband

Als de schuurband niet met de buitenrand van de behuizing parallel loopt, dan moet deze

in lijn worden gebracht. Verplaats de schuurband met de instelknop (12) naar de juiste

stand. De schuurband gaat naar binnen als u de instelknop met de klok mee draait, en hij

gaat naar buiten als u de instelknop tegen de klok in draait.

Aan- en uitschakelen

• Druk op de aan/uitschakelaar (7) om de machine aan te zetten.

• Als u de aan/uitschakelaar loslaat, gaat de machine weer uit.

Voor continu bedrijf kunt u de blokkeerschakelaar (8) gebruiken:

• Druk op de aan/uitschakelaar om de machine aan te zetten.

• Druk vervolgens op de blokkeerschakelaar en laat de aan/uitschakelaar los.

• Als u de machine uit wilt zetten, dient u opnieuw op de aan/uitschakelaar te drukken,

waarna deze vrijkomt.

Kahvat

Nauhahiomakoneen käyttö on helpompaa kahden kahvan ansiosta, joista toinen on

koneen etuosassa ja toinen takaosassa. Siten voit pidellä konetta kahdella kädellä ja

hallita sitä paremmin, ja liikkuvien osien kosketusriski on pienempi. Pidä hiomakoneesta

kiinni aina molemmilla käsillä.

Käyttöohjeet

Varmista, että kone on täydessä nopeudessa ennen sen asettamista työstökappaleelle.

Siten vältetään koneen ylikuormittuminen.

Aseta kone puun hiomista varten noin 15°:seen puun syistä. Liikuta nauhahiomakonetta

jatkuvalla liikkeellä työstökappaleen yli.

• Älä väännä hiomanauhaa.

• Älä käytä samaa hiomanauhaa puun ja metallin hiontaan.

• Älä kohdista laitteeseen liikaa voimaa, tämä vain hidastaa hiontaa.

4. HUOLTO

Irrota aina kone virtalähteestä ennen huollon aloittamista.

Koneet on suunniteltu toimimaan pitkään ja mahdollisimman pienellä huoltotarpeella.

Puhdistamalla ja käyttämällä sitä oikealla tavalla voit itsekin vaikuttaa koneen käyttöikään.
