3. Fahrwerk
Kontrolle der Bremsanlage nach jeweils 5.000 km oder alle
12 Monate
• Bremsanlage Kontrollieren, ggf. Bremsbeläge tauschen.
• Bremsbeläge einstellen.
Wartung der Bremsanlage nach jeweils 10.000 km oder alle
24 Monate
• Große Bremseninspektion nach Herstellervorgaben.
Für einen sicheren Betrieb der Anhängerbremsanlage sind hier
nochmals die wichtigsten Aspekte zusammengefasst:
• Die maximale Beladung muss eingehalten werden.
• Fachgerechter und sorgsamer Umgang mit dem Anhänger und
seinen Komponenten ist unabdingbar.
• Nur durch regelmäßige Pege und Wartung kann die Brems-
funktion aufrecht erhalten werden.
Ausdrehstützen dürfen nur zum Abstützen und nicht
zum Ausrichten
bzw. zum Anheben verwendet werden.
Grundwartung bzw. Erstinspektion der Bremsen nach 500 km
oder spätestens nach 6 Monaten, je nachdem was zuerst eintrit!
• Bremsanlage kontrollieren, ggf. einstellen.
Die Grundwartung entfällt bei Bremsen mit automa-
tischer Nachstellung (z. Bsp. AL-KO-AAA-Premium
Brake).
3.5 Ausdrehstützen
Die Ausdrehstützen benden sich im hinteren und vorderen Bereich
unter dem Caravan.
Ausdrehstützen ausdrehen
• Fahrzeug möglichst waagerecht abstellen.
• Bei weichem Untergrund Unterlagen unter die Ausdrehstützen
legen, um den Caravan gegen Einsinken zu sichern.
• Ausdrehstützen ausdrehen.
Ausdrehstützen eindrehen
• Ausdrehstützen mit Kurbel bis in die waagerechte Position
eindrehen.
Die Kurbel für die Ausdrehstütze bendet sich vorne im Flaschen-
kasten, fest eingeclipst.
Die AAA Premium Brake ist nicht selbstreinigend und
nicht wartungsfrei!
Wartungsintervalle müssen eingehalten werden!
Bei starker Beanspruchung verkürzen sich die Wartungs-
intervalle.
