7.4 ELIMINACIÓN
Al concluir la vida de la máquina,o cuando la
misma ya no puede ser reparada,
asegurarse que la eliminación de la misma se efectúe
en el respeto de las normas vigentes en el país de
utilizo y que la operación sea realizada por personal
especializado y autorizado en la materia.
De todas formas:
- No botarla en el ambiente;
- No mezclarla con los desperdicios sólidos
urbanos;
- Dirigirse a especícos centros de reciclaje.
8 SUSTITUCIÓN DE PARTES
¡ATENCIÓN! - Antes de efectuar cualquier operación
de sustitución de partes, desenchufar la clavija de la
toma de corriente.
8.1 SUSTITUCIÓN DEL DISCO DE CORTE (g. 18)
Para la sustitución actuar según lo indicado a
continuación: Levantar la mesa superior hasta el
máximo permitido.
- Desbloquear el cárter móvil de protección L (g. 1)
actuando en el pulsador B y levantarlo del todo. - Con
dos de las llaves hexagonales incluidas (lado disco y
lado motor) destornillar hacia la derecha el tornillo C.
- Sacar la brida de sujeción D, extraer el disco de
corte haciéndolo deslizar primero hacia la izquierda
y luego hacia abajo. - Montar el nuevo disco
comprobando que los dientes estén dirigidos en el
sentido indicado por la echa y bloquearlo con el
tornillo C enroscándolo rmemente hacia la izquierda.
- Bajar el cárter móvil de protección L.
¡ATENCIÓN! - Utilizar exclusivamente discos de
corte aconsejados por el fabricante y conformes
con la norma EN 847-1. Controlar que la velocidad
marcada en el disco sea superior a la velocidad
nominal de la herramienta.
¡ATENCIÓN! - NO UTILIZAR DISCOS DE CORTE
DE ACERO PARA ALTAS VELOCIDADES.
8.2 SUSTITUCIÓN DEL CABLE DE ALIMENTACIÓN
Controlar que las condiciones del cable de
alimentación sean buenas y en caso contrario hacerlo
sustituir en un centro de asistencia autorizado.
