Kod indukcijskih ploča, razlika u temperaturi koja se stvara između vrućeg
zraka uz ploču i hladnijeg zraka ispod nape uzrokuje problem kondenzacije
i kapanja, koji dosad još nitko nije uspio riješiti. Osim toga, para se često
nakuplja na strukturalnim kuhinjskim elementima, kao što su vratnice i
