5 ELEKTRISCHE BEDRADING ENCODER “2easy bus”
De aandrijving S450H heeft een encoder-systeem met “2easy bus”-technologie, de bedrading van de twee draden van de encoder
bepaalt welke vleugel aan de encoder wordt aangesloten (vleugel 1- encoder 1 ; vleugel 2 - encoder 2).
DE DRADEN VAN DE ENCODER MOETEN OP DE “2easy bus”-CONNECTOR WORDEN AANGESLOTEN VAN DE ELEKTRONISCHE APPARATUUR.
Controleer de correcte aansluiting VLEUGEL 1-ENCODER 1-MOTOR 1, en VLEUGEL 2-ENCODER 2-MOTOR 2, aan de hand van de
ledden op de encoders, zoals wordt aangegeven in tabel 2 en in de figuren 19 - 20 - 21.
Om de aansluiting vleugel-encoder om te draaien, hoeft alleen de polariteit van de encoder te worden veranderd door de
twee draden ervan te verwisselen totdat de juiste ledden gaan branden.

DL 1: moet altijd branden om te zorgen voor een correcte aansluiting tussen encoder
en kaart.
DL 2: geeft de vleugel aan waarop de encoder is gemonteerd.
Bij de encoder die op vleugel 1 is aangebracht, zal led DL 2 branden.
Bij de encoder die op vleugel 2 is aangebracht, zal led DL 2 gedoofd zijn.
DL 3:
geeft, door regelmatig te knipperen, de aflezing van de impulsen aan tijdens de
beweging van de vleugel. Wanneer de vleugelpoort is gesloten, brandt DL 3 niet.
Indien het nodig is de poort handmatig te bedienen vanwege een stroomonderbreking of als het automatische systeem slecht
functioneert, dan moet het ontgrendelmechanisme worden gebruikt.
1) Doe de beschermdop omhoog (Fig. 18, ref. a) en steek de meegeleverde sleutel in het slot (Fig. 18, ref. b).
2) Draai de sleutel 90° met de klok mee om het deksel te openen en trek het deksel daarna omhoog.
3) Draai de ontgrendelingshendel (Fig. 18, ref. c), tegen de klok in, tot aan de aanslag.
4) Voer het openen of sluiten van de vleugel handmatig uit.
Om de normale werking van het automatische systeem te hervatten, moeten de eerder beschreven handelingen in tegenover-
gestelde volgorde worden uitgevoerd.
De ledden van de encoder zijn ook zichtbaar wanneer de afscherming van de
achterbeugel is aangebracht
De modellen S450H SB hebben geen ontgrendeling aangezien het, dankzij een speciale configuratie van de distributieflens,
niet nodig is de aandrijving te ontgrendelen om de vleugel handmatig te bewegen.
