15A MONTAGE MOTORBLOKKERING
Het is raadzaam de elektriciteitskabels van het motorblokkering E140 aan te sluiten alvorens de kaart op de motor te monteren.
Raadpleeg voor de bekabeling het hoofdstuk van deze handleiding over de aansluitingen van de elektronische kaart.
Installeer de motorblokkering door de pen van de motor in de opening van de motorblokkering te steken zoals in figuur 45 ref.A en B
Let op: Opmerking voor demontage motorblok
Haal het bevestigingsnokje van de motor los (pas op dat het niet afbreekt) door een platte schroevendraaier
tussen het nokje en het motorblok te wringen fig

15.1A AFSTELLEN MOTORBLOKKERING
De motorblokkering is een voorziening die garandeert dat
de vleugels geblokkeerd worden wanneer ze dicht zijn. De
motorblokkering wordt, als dit bij de bestelling wordt verzocht,
reeds op het steunprofiel van het automatisch systeem
geïnstalleerd geleverd, inclusief het interne ontgrendelsysteem
met een knop.
Stel de motorblokkering af zoals hieronder aangegeven:
Sluit de vleugels.
Duw het hendeltje met de hand (fig. 46 ref. a) naar de
aandrijfas, en controleer daarbij of hij goed aankoppelt,
zoals in fig. 38 ref. A).
Beweeg het hendeltje in verticale zin (fig. 46 ref. b) en

controleer of er speling zit tussen de aandrijfas en de
motorblokkering. Als er geen enkele speling is, handel dan als
volgt:
•Draai de twee schroeven los (fig. 46 ref. B
c) waarmee
de riembevestiging op de loopSchlitten vast zit (op beide
loopSchlittens in geval van dubbele vleugels).
•Beweeg de riembevestiging zachtjes in horizontale zin tot
het hendeltje vrij kan bewegen; zet de eerder losgedraaide
schroeven weer vast.
