4.3A AFSTELLEN VAN HET GELEIDEWIEL
De loopwagens zijn voorzien van een geleidewiel dat verhindert
dat de loopwagen uit de rail loopt.
Het wiel moet op zo worden afgesteld dat het niet op
het steunprofiel drukt, om te voorkomen dat er meer
wrijving ontstaat.
Handel als volgt om het geleidewiel af te stellen.
Draai de cilinderkopschroef los M6 (fig. 30 ref. a).
Stel de wielsteun zo in de hoogte af dat het wiel zo dicht
mogelijk bij het basisprofiel komt zonder het te raken (fig.
30 ref. b).
Draai zodra de hoogte is afgesteld de
cilinderkopschroef
vast M6 (fig. 30 ref. a).
Gebruik eventueel een afstandhouder van ongeveer 0,5 mm
om tussen het wiel en het hoofdprofiel te zetten, en verwijder
hem weer als het afstellen is beëindigd.
Beweeg de vleugels met de hand, en controleer of het
geleidewiel vrij kan draaien, en nergens tegenaan schuurt.

AFSTELLEN MECHANISCHE AANSLAGEN VOOR HET OPENEN
De automatische deur wordt geleverd met de mechanische
aanslagen voor het openen al op het steunprofiel gemonteerd.
Controleer of wanneer de vleugels open gaan, de loopwagens
tegen de mechanische aanslagen komen. Als ze moeten
worden bijgesteld, handel dan als volgt:
Draai de inbusschroeven van de mechanische aanslagen
(fig. 31 ref. a) los en schuif ze naar het uiteinde van het
steunprofiel.
Zet de vleugel of vleugels in de open positie (fig. 32), schuif de
mechanische aanslag naar de loopwagen tot hij er tegenaan
komt, en zet de
inbusschroeven weer vast (fig. 32 ref. a).
