Check for the presence of pellets inside the hopper.
Adjust the pellet ow (see “Easy Setup”).
Check the procedures described in the chapter “Ignition.
Check the bulb thermostats (see the chapter “Reset”)
BLACK OUT
NO IGNITION
No power during the ignition phase
Turn the stove OFF by pressing key 1 and repeat the procedures described in the
chapter “Ignition.
NO PELLET
The pellet hopper is empty.
Pellet not loading.
The gearbox is not loading pellets.
Check for the presence of pellets inside the hopper.
Adjust the pellet ow (see “Easy Setup”).
DEPRESSION ALARM
The door is not closed properly.
The ash drawer is not closed properly.
The combustion chamber is dirty.
The fume exhaust duct is blocked/dirty.
Check the hermetic closure of the door.
Check the hermetic closure of the ash drawer.
Make sure that the fumes duct and the combustion chamber are clean.
DAMAGE DEPR SENSOR
Flow sensor faulty.
Sensor disconnected
Contact customer service
WATER OVERTEMP
Air in the system
Circulation inappropriate
Possible air in the system, bleed the system.
No suitable circulation,.
No safety area or not suitable.
The water inside the stove is above 95°C.
Possible pump fault.
If the problem persists, the reset operations must be performed by an authorised
technician.
* TRAPDOOR BLOCKED
The automatic cleaning of the burning pot is
blocked.
Burning pot dirty/blocked
The door is not closed properly.
Check that the door is closed properly.
Check that the burning pot is free and clean.
