OPPSKRIFTER PÅ VAFLER:
Vaniljevafler
150 g smør eller margarin
200 g sukker
4 egg
Vaniljesukker
1/2 ts salt
250 g hvetemel
1 ts bakepulver
1-2 ss melk eller kremfløte
Bland smør, sukker, egg, vaniljesukker, salt,
mel og bakpulver. Rør godt, tilsett fløten eller
melken til slutt. Sukker etter smak drysses
over som pynt.
Ostevafler
200 g smør eller margarin
4 egg
1/2 ts salt
200 g mel
1/2 ts bakepulver
1/2 dl lunkent vann
2 ss revet ost
Paprika
Rør smør, egg og salt godt sammen. Ha i
vekselsvis bakepulver, mel og lunkent vann.
Tilsett til slutt revet ost og smak til med
paprika.
Kjeksvafler:
5 eggeplommer
5 ss varmt vann
100 g sukker
revet sitron
150 g mel
1/2 ts bakepulver
1 ss rom
5 stivpiskede eggehviter
Pynt: melis
Pisk eggeplommer, vann, sukker og sitronskal
til skum. Tilsett bakepulver, mel og rom og
til slutt de stivpiskede eggehvitene. Stek
vaflene med det samme.
Eplevafler
150 g smør eller margarin
200 g sukker
4 egg
1/2 ts salt
250 g mel
1 ts bakepulver
1 ts kanel
1 knivsodd nellik
2 revne epler
Pynt: melis
Alle ingredienser blandes grundig.
Kakevafler
200 g smør eller margarin
165 g sukker
4 egg
350 g mel
Vaniljesukker
3 ss bakepulver
Ca. 1 dl. Vann
Pisk sukker og egg og tilsett de andre
ingrediensene. Røren skal være tykk.
7. Åpne vaffeljernet forsiktig. Løsne vaffelen
forsiktig med en varmebestandig plast-
eller trespatel. Bruk ALDRI
metallredskaper som
for eksempel kniv, gaffel, skje eller
metallspatel til å løsne vaflene med, da
dette kan skade belegget på
varmeplatene. Hvis det har vært brukt
metallredskaper på
vaffeljernet, bortfaller garantien.
8. Når du er ferdig med å steke, lar du
vaffeljernet stå åpent og tar stikkontakten
ut av strømuttaket. La vaffeljernet kjøle
helt ned før du børster smulene fra
platene og rengjør dem med en tørr klut.
Bruk aldri vann med rengjøringsmidler
eller lignende.
