Heating mode (Polar 16CH only)
1. Press the Up and Down button(s) to set the required temperature (16 °C-32 °C).
2. Press the Speed button to select the desired fan speed (Low-Medium-High).
3. If desired, press the Swing button to activate or deactivate the swing motion.
4. The device will stop heating when the ambient temperature is higher than the required
temperature.
If heating for a longer period, install the water drain hose (Figure 14).
Dehumidify mode
1. Follow the instructions for ‘Installation to dehumidify’ before choosing this mode.
2. Regularly check the water level in the bucket the end of the hose should not be
immersed in water.
3. If desired, press the Swing button to activate or deactivate the swing motion.
Sleep mode
1. Press the Sleep button, can only be activated in Cooling mode, to activate sleep mode.
After 1 hour of cooling, the required temperature is automatically increased by 1 degree.
After another hour of cooling, the required temperature is again automatically increased
by 1 degree.
Timer
The device can automatically start and stop at a preset time.
Automatically start
1. Set the device in the desired mode and the desired temperature.
2. Press the ON/OFF button, the device is now in standby mode.
3. Press the Timer button.
4. Use the Up and Down button(s) to set the countdown timer the device will automatically
start. (1-24 hours)
5. Press the Timer button, the display shows the selected time until the device starts.
Automatically stop
1. Set the device in the desired mode and the desired temperature.
2. Press the Timer button.
3. Use the Up and Down button(s) to set the countdown timer the device will automatically
stop. (1-24 hours)
4. Press the Timer button, the display shows the selected time until the device stops.
Deactivate automatic timer
1. Press the Up and Down button(s) simultaneously repeatedly until the display shows ‘00’.
Pressing the ON/OFF button exits the Timer setting.
