Warning!
When you turn off the unit using only the remote control (or the app), the 'standby' remains.
So turn it off using the remote control (c.q. the app) or the on/off-switch and remove the plug
from the socket!
Remove the batteries out of the season, that will extend the life of the remote control.
When you use the appliance for the first time (or after a long time again), observe it during
the first 10 till 15 minutes to be sure that is works trouble-free.
The reset button
You can use the reset button in these situations:
- To operate the device without the remote control. Every time that you press the reset button
(briefly), the output changes from: > 2000 W > 1320 W > 660 W > off.
- To reset the settings configured via the app to the factory settings. Hold down the reset
button for 4 seconds until the light comes on. Any previously set password will then be reset
to the factory setting password: 12345678. When the shock safeguard has turned off the
device, you can turn it on again in the same way. (see: Schock safeguard).
APP CONTROL
The EUROM HEAT AND BEAT can also be controlled by an app that has been downloaded to
a tablet or smart-phone (via a Bluetooth connection). This app is available in the app store for
Apple devices and can be found under EUROM heating. It is available for Android in the Google
Play Store. In order to be able to use the app, turn on the Bluetooth connection on your
smartphone or tablet and select Eurom Heating.
With the app, you can:
- Remotely switch the device on and off
- Gradually adjust the heat from 0 to 100%
- Set a timer that automatically switches the device off
- Adjusting the speaker volume
- Adjusting the colour and brightness of the LED lighting
- Set the sensitivity of the shock safeguard
- Set multiple heaters individually
- Protect your app control with a password
Turning on the speakers and establishing the Bluetooth
connection
Use the button on the remote control to turn on the speakers
and Bluetooth connection for the Heat and Beat (hold down for 4
seconds). Before using for the first time, select the volume function
of the Heat and Beat (Eurom Beat) on your tablet or smartphone via Settings > Bluetooth. Now,
when you use your smartphone or tablet to play music (or news, a film, your phone etc) the
sound will come from the Heat and Beat speakers. The Bluetooth connection can cover a
maximum distance of 20 metres.
