Carefully choose the right place to install your heater.
Before placing, check that the minimum safe distances between the surroundings and the
chosen location are respected:
Minimum distance heater – heated object: 1 metre
Minimum distance top* heater – fire-resistant ceiling: 0.25 metres
Minimum distance top* heater – tent tarpaulin, parasol etc.: 0.5 metres
Minimum distance side heater – walls, obstacles, objects: 0.5 metres
If you suspend the device outside, ensure that it is protected from the wind.
The following applies for all options:
However you install the HEAT AND BEAT TOWER, always lead the electrical cable
directly away from the heater. It may not become hot!
For personal protection the installation, to which the EUROM HEAT AND BEAT TOWER is
connected, has to be equipped with an earth fall device (max. 30 mAmp). Only connect the
heater to an earthed socket!
WORKING
Check for every use:
- or the appliance doesn’t show signs of damage.
- or the appliance still is fastened on the base plate firmly. Mechanical bearing pressure,
oscillating duet o wind or rain could lead to loose.
- or there are no objects, canvas, sun screens etc. are inside the safety distances.
- or the socket you want to use gives the correct tension (220-240V-50Hz) and is grounded.
If everything is all right you can insert the plug into the socket.
Remote control operation
The HEAT AND BEAT TOWER has a remote control that works with two batteries: AAA, 1.5V
(not included).
While using, point the remote control to the receiving point of the heater. If there are obstacles
between remote control and the heater, it will not work! The commands from the remote control
to the device can cover a maximum distance of 6 metres. Press the on/off switch (E) on the
back f the unit to "I" (on); The screen light up.
