5 - Cleaning

Regularly clean the device.

 Turn the device off and take the batteries out.

 Remove the dead insects by tilting the device and gently shaking.

 Clean the outside of the equipment with a dry and soft towel or brush. If necessary

Soapsuds can also be used for cleaning. (most household cleaning products are

suitable). Do not use harsh or abrasive resources and Make sure that the device is

completely dry before switching it on again!

6 - A summary of the safety instructions

 Before using this device, carefully read this entire instruction manual.

 Before using your new insect killer, check it for any damage. Do not use a damaged

insect killer, but send it back to your dealer for replacement.

 Use in this device only 4 pieces LR20 alkaline batteries.

 Before doing anything to the device (moving, cleaning, etc.) always make sure that

there are no batteries in the battery-compartment.

 This insectkiller is strictly intended for normal domestic use and use in tents an

caravans etc.

 This insectkiller in not suitable for use in wet or damp spaces.

 Do not place the heater near an open fire or other heat source.

 Never immerse the device in water.

 Prevent foreign objects from entering the insectkiller via the grids as this may lead to

damage.

 Never leave the insectkiller unattended when switched on. Always switch it off.

 Close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children or incapacitated

persons. Do not let children use the appliance as a toy. This appliance is not suitable to

be operated by children or persons who have physical, sensory and/or mental

limitations, or by persons who have no knowledge of, or experience with, this appliance.

 The wires of the tension-grid must not touch. If they become bent, bend them straight

again (after deleting the batteries!)!.

 Never make any modifications to the device.

 The appliance may only be opened and/or repaired by properly authorised and qualified

persons.

 Only use this insectkiller for its intended purpose and as described in this instruction

manual.
