Use
1. Master switch
2. ‘Heat’ indicator light
3. ON/OFF switch
4. Remote control receiver
Check all safety instructions are met.
Check the master switch is ‘off’: O depressed.
Insert the plug into an undamaged, appropriate 220/240V earthed electric
socket.
Now, switch the master switch on: I depressed. You will hear a beeping sound
and the heater is now on standby. The indicator light flashes. You will hear a
beep each time you press a switch or use the remote control.
Using via the control panel
Press ON/OFF once: heating starts, indicator light is on.
Press ON/OFF twice: heating and lighting works, indicator light is on.
Press ON/OFF three times: heating stops, lighting works and indicator light dims.
Press ON/OFF four times: back to standby position, indicator light flashes.
This cycle repeats itself upon repeated pressing.
Using via the remote control
Press on HEAT once: heating starts, indicator light is on.
Press on HEAT twice: heating stops, indicator light flashes (on standby).
Press on LIGHT once: lighting starts.
Press on LIGHT twice: lighting dims.
Pressing OFF: all functions stop, indicator light flashes, (on standby).
The indicator light flashes therefore when on standby and is lit when the heating is
on. It dims when only using the lighting function or when the appliance is switched
off via the master switch.
If you want to switch off the appliance, first put in on standby and then switch off via
the master switch. Then, pull the plug out of the electric socket.
