screws into the first two holes (picture C). Leave the screws protruding by 5 mm (picture D). Hook the heater
using the suspension eyes over the screws and pull the heater downwards (picture E). Secure the heater by
screwing the attachment block into the third screw hole: the attachment block which has a hole in it to be
placed against the wall, with the flat square pointing downwards, holding the heater securely (picture F).
Switching on and operation

Fully unwind the electric cable and insert the plug into a suitable 220/240V socket.
Turn the ON/OFF button anticlockwise to ON: the heater will now switch on and the indicator light will be
illuminated.
To switch the heater off, turn the button clockwise to OFF: the heater will now switch off and the indicator
light will no longer be illuminated. Now remove the plug from the socket.
Timer:
The heater is equipped with a timer. When you wish to use that, do not turn the ON/OFF button to ON, but from
the OFF position clockwise to the required number of minutes of operation (max. 120). The heater will now switch
on and the indicator light will be illuminated. Once the set time has ended, the heater will automatically switch off
(the light be no longer be illuminated).
Even when actual operation has ended, the timer will sometimes emit a gentle ticking sound. That is not
dangerous and it will stop of its own accord.
Please note!
The ON/OFF button may therefore
- be turned anticlockwise from OFF to ON
- be turned clockwise from ON to OFF
- be turned clockwise from OFF to a maximum of 120 (minutes)
But never turn it clockwise from ON to 120!
After using the button, always turn it to OFF and remove the plug from the socket.
Overheating safeguard
In case of internal overheating, the overheating safeguard will switch the heater off. This may occur if
the heater cannot give off enough heat or if it cannot draw in enough fresh air. As mentioned above,
this is generally caused by (partially) covering the heater, obstructing the air intake and/or outlet grills
or installing the heater too close to a wall or something similar. When the overheating safeguard
switches the heater off, 
down. Remove and/or amend the cause of overheating and reuse the heater as normal. If you cannot
find a cause and overheating recurs, stop using the heater, and take it in for inspection/repair.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Keep the heater clean. Deposits of dust and dirt in the appliance are a common cause of overheating
so these should be removed regularly. Switch off the heater, remove the plug from the socket and
allow the heater to cool down before cleaning or carrying out maintenance work.
Wipe the outside of the heater regularly with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use aggressive
soaps, sprays, cleaners or abrasives, waxes, polishes or chemical solutions!
Using a vacuum cleaner, carefully remove any dust and dirt from the grills and ensure that the air
intake and outlet openings are clean. Be careful not to touch or damage any internal parts during
cleaning!
The heater contains no other parts which need maintenance.
At the end of the season, store the cleaned heater in the original packaging if possible. Store
upright in a cool, dry and dust-free place.
Do not dispose of heater with household waste when if becomes worn or damaged beyond
repair. Take it to your local authority's collection point for electrical appliances where any reusable
materials will be collected and redistributed.
