INSTALLATIE

Aansluiting van de luchtafvoerslang

Dit apparaat is een mobiele airconditioner, het kan dus van kamer

tot kamer verplaatst worden.

Kies voor één van de volgende

aansluitmogelijkheden:

1) Met foamstrips (fig.5)

• Zet de foamstrips in de

raamopening en snij ze op maat

• Zet de verlopen op de

afvoerslang en sluit deze aan

op de airco. Voer de slang

vervolgens door de foamstrip.

• Houd rekening met het gevaar van inbraak!

2) Door raam of muur

• Boor een gat (ø 130 mm.) door muur of raam

• Voer de afvoerslang door dit gat en sluit er aan de buitenzijde

het passtuk op aan (zie afb.)

• Wanneer u de airco niet gebruikt sluit u het gat af met de af-

dekkap.

DRAINAGE

During the proces of cooling, some water will be extracted from the

air into the unit. If the reservoir is full:

a. For M-type, the compressor will stop, only the fan will circulate

the air. The ‘full water’ indicator will light on now to remind you.

b. For R-type, both the compessor and motor will stop. The com-

pressor indicator will flash to show you.

To make the cooling work again, please empty the water by one of

the following ways:

With the water tray

1. Turn off the air conditioner

and avoid moving it when full

2. Position the water tray

underneath the drain hole

3. Remove the drain knob and

rubber plug from the drain

hole and allow the water to

drain out.

4. When the water tray is almost

full, replace the rubber plug

in the drain hole and empty

the water tray.

5. Repeat until the unit is

emptied.

6. Replace the rubber plug and tighten the drain knob firmly.

7. Switch on the unit; the ‘full water’ indicator will be out.
