INSTRUCTION FOR USE
USING THE FLOOR BRUSH WITH THE CLOTH
- Use a cotton cloth on the brush to catch dirt and protect delicate surfaces. It can
also be used on vertical washable surfaces following the same procedure as for the
oor
IMPORTANT: Please note that bristles may break through thin towels. If you don’t have
thick enough towels, please use 2 towels.
- Put the cotton cloth (recommended dimensions 45x12 cm) under the brush and put
its edges under the clamps.
CAUTION: the cloth may heat up. Let it cool down before removing it.
ACCESSORIES
WINDOW CLEANER: This attachment is very useful for cleaning windows
and glass surfaces. Connect the window cleaner to the steam gun.
Apply steam abundantly, rub with the soft spongy edge then remove
excess water and dirt with the glass wiping edge (squeegee). Wipe the
squeegee with a cloth after every stroke.
CAUTION: When cleaning windows, always avoid any sudden changes in temperature
to prevent glass breaking or cracking. Do not use on thin panes of glass or glass with
a thin wire mesh embedded in the glass.
DETAIL NOZZLE: This attachment is very useful for cleaning surfaces that
are difcult to reach. It is ideal for door and window tracks, shower door
tracks, wall grout in showers etc. The detail nozzle will t directly onto
the steam gun or it may be used with extension tubes.
DETAIL NYLON BRUSH: This brush is best used for cleaning grout found
in-between tiles or for any other surface that requires a bristle to do
light scrubbing. Push the detail brush onto the end of the detail nozzle.
PALETTE KNIFE: This attachement is best for removing small amounts of
wallpaper and for removing anything that can be scraped from a at
surface e.g. grease deposits in an oven. It is also useful when defrosting
freezers by scrapping away softened ice.
To use: Push the palette knife onto the end of the detail nozzle.
CARPET SLIDER: This attachment clips over the face of the oor brush
preventing the bristles from interacting with the carpet. To use: Clip the
carpet slider onto the oor brush, then attach the oor brush to the
extension tubes. When refreshing carpet or rugs you should vacuum
througly before steaming and then again after steaming to remove
the dirt that is loosened by the steam.
Note: Steam will only refresh carpets / rugs and to kill dust mites.
Steam will not shampoo carpets / rugs.
DETAIL BRASS BRUSH: This brush is best used for cleaning grease on oven
racks or grills and inside the enamel interior of ovens. To increase the
surface area of the brass brush, attach a small stainless steel scourer on
the brass brush to assist with removing baked on grease. Push the brass
brush onto the end of the detail nozzle.
