Seal the ends of the tubes of the rack table using the rectangular plugs
60 x 30 [mm].
Inserting the plugs
Now mount the U-shaped bracket. To do this, insert four lock screws M6 x 70
from the inside, through the frame of the rack table and, from the outside,
place the U-shaped bracket onto the screws. Secure the U-shaped bracket
using washers and knurled nuts.
5.1.2 MOUNTING THE USHAPED BRACKET
To mount the rear lights,  rst place these in the protective moulds. Make
sure that the cable is  tted cleanly into the duct and is not crushed. The
rear lights with the reverse light is mounted on the right (in the direction of
travel) and the fog light is mounted on the left, in doing so, the openings for
license plate illumination for both lights must be on the inside. Now insert
the threaded bolts of the rear lights through the drilled holes in the rack
table and screw into place using washer and M5 nuts.
Mount the license plate holder using the already mounted screws and
washers to the rack traverse in such a way that the lamps and the license
plate holder are level. The mounting clips for securing the license plate are
push-out parts in the holder. Break out two of the clips. Slide the license
plate into the holder, then push the clips into the cut-outs to secure the
license plate.
5.1.6 MOUNTING THE WHEEL STOPPERS
Now push a wheel stopper on from above onto each of the wheel rails. Make
sure that the higher side of the wedge shape points towards the middle
of the rack. Insert a small tensioning strap through the middle opening of
each of the stoppers and under the wheel rail on the opposite side, then
back through the middle opening.

5.1.7 MOUNTING THE FRAME HOLDER
Undo the handle screw of the frame holder and rotate out fully. Open the
cu of the frame holder and place the inserts around the U-shaped bracket
at a position suitable for your bicycle. Place the cu around the inserts and
push  rmly together. Close the frame holder using the handle screw (but
do not tighten).
Tighten the M16 screw slightly and align the bicycle rack parallel to the rear
of the vehicle. Now tighten the M16 screw in such a way to ensure that the
rack is securely attached and can no longer be rotated.
Regularly check the  rm seating of the rack on the trailer tow bar as well as
the functionality of the lighting systems.
5.2 MOUNTING THE BICYCLE RACK ON THE TRAILER TOW BAR
Make sure that the trailer tow bar is undamaged, clean and grease-free.
The bicycle rack is placed horizontally on the tow bar from above.
Slight signs of pressure on the tow bar ball are
normal and do not in uence the functionality.
M16 x 1.5 x 90 screw approximately one centimetre into the rack base.
Align all of the mounted parts and tighten all screw connections evenly and
rmly.
